Belonging: Journal of Technology and Society

The concept of belonging (a sense of belonging or feeling part of a group) has strong relevance in technology and social studies, especially in human interaction with technology and the dynamics of digital communities.  The Journal of Belonging: Journal of Technology and Society allows researchers and academics to publish studies on the Belonging concept in the digital era. Studying belonging in the digital era is academically relevant and has a large practical impact. Understanding how technology impacts feelings of connectedness help create a healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable digital ecosystem and prevents negative impacts such as social isolation and polarization. This study is important for understanding the challenges and opportunities in building an inclusive and sustainable digital society. The Belonging: Journal of Technology and Society receives articles in English and is published twice a year, in June and December.
